If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please initiate a return request through the Icchaporon app or website within 7 days from the date of delivery.
For issues with electronic appliances and mobile phones arising after usage or beyond the return policy period, check if the product is covered under the seller's or brand's warranty.
Some categories allow returns due to a change of mind. Refer to the "Return Policy by Category" section for details.
Delivery Cancellation & Refunds
If the delivery is canceled for any reason, the refund of the delivery charge will be processed within 7-10 business days.
